THE WORLD BEHIND THE CARDS

The Kingdom of Aservia

Prosperity through service.

Aservia is an imagined medieval kingdom where honor is measured not by a crown or the treasure in a vault, but by what its people do for one another. From workshop and marketplace to royal court, service to the greater good is the measure of true nobility.

Leadership here is a responsibility. A ruler is called to govern fairly, protect the vulnerable, and steward the realm’s prosperity. Its richest treasures are meant to help the kingdom flourish; its strength is meant to protect. In Aservia, a crown is a promise to serve.

The kingdom's symbols tell that story: hands for generosity and support, the crown for responsible leadership, the sword for courage and protection, and the scales for fairness and just dealing.

Even the name has a story. Inspired first by the Latin acervus—a heap or pile, like the growing Treasure Pile of the original game—the early name Acervia became Aservia. As the world grew, the name took on an echo of Latin servire, “to serve”: a kingdom where what we gather matters less than what we give.

That world began around an original card game and is growing into carefully illustrated decks, Kingdom Match, and ideas such as Aservia Royal Tea. Each creation is another invitation to gather, play, and share in the Kingdom of Aservia.

A developing fictional world and product collection. Availability will be announced when finalized.
